#PART 1: AGAR TUM SAATH HO!
#PART 1: AGAR TUM SAATH HO!
Winters for her were perfect. She could inhale the fresh air
of happiness and excitement every time. She kissed the new air of perfection
with him always. Divya Maheswari, a girl who completed her Management degree and
was working in a firm . So, she was waiting for the first frozen delight of
this winter season. She started cherishing every day, every morning and every
afternoon of December…Divya, a girl who was in deeply and madly in love with
him. It all started with his facebook profile she has visited unknowingly and
just after going through his DPs, she sent him a request. Then an unknown
message to him and then numbers exchanged. You can call it as a love that ‘may
be’ had happened to Divya at the first sight...Just by listening his name if
created a ‘tsunami’ in her mind, then what would happen with her if she would
be with him??? Disasters in her body! Prashit, he was the one for whom her heart
used to pump blood at the rate of 120 beats per minute. What was so special in
this guy??Why was she so much in love with this feeling?? It was Prashit Sulab,
for whom her body language used to change her growing charm even more…Yes, many
guys had approached Divya, but it was only Prashit for whom her shy expressions
would get a strawberry flavor…Just a one man woman she was…

“Divya are you dumb or something like that?” her best friend,
Rupali squeezed a question at Divya who was busy in wrapping those gifts.
“I think you better know the answer. Yes, girl, I am dumb.
Rofl!” she giggled at her proximity.
Rupali who too was also wrapping those gifts, gave her a
weird look and then took the privileged like a best friend to ask her, “Accha
yeh bata, do you believe that first love can never be forgotten?”
“For me, yes, he is my first love who won’t be forgotten
forever”, she marked her words by blushing a little.
“Ok Madam, le hogaiee tere gifts pack. Ab jaldi se ready hoja
and please don’t be late and please jo bi hai confess him aaj. Late mat karna
please!” Rupali cheered her best friend Divya.

Dressed in a black knee length tunic and black heels, she
was all ready to kill him with her looks. Her side bun with a neck piece was
making her “SEXY, yet beautiful”…After all, she was getting ready for Prashit, and
his birthday. Carrying those 7 gifts and a beautiful birthday card, she was
ready to shine very brightly with him…
She was all set with her gift bag, a cake and of course will
all her words of confession for him. After waiting for 5 minutes, he finally
arrived. But this time, he was busy on his call. May be birthday greetings and
wishes was coming all on his way…So, she was quiet excited to see him arriving
in a Kurta which was making him stand out in the café.

“Hello Divya!” Prashit greeted with a little dullness.
“Heyya Prashit. So, birthday boy, how are you?? And this
Kurta?” she asked in a great excitement.
“Are ha…Aaj birthday hai na so that’s why” he replied in a normal
tone. As she was about to say something, his cell got again vibrated and he got
busy on his call.
Few minutes later, he replied “I am so sorry. So, how have
you been?”
“I am good and how are you?” she answered with a very normal
touch.
“Ya I am also fine” he answered and again his cell phone
beeped. He scrolled all those whtsapp messages that were coming his way.

She again waited for him to finish off with his work and
then say him something. Minutes later, she removed the cake from the box and
placed it infront of him. There wasn’t any sort of happiness on his face and he
replied “Are yaar why did you bring this?”
“Are I do it for all my special ones” she excited and handed
him the knife.
After cutting the cake, she gifted him those 7 gifts which
she had especially brought for him. As he was a dentist, so she knew what exactly
a dentist is in love with. Although, she had now known him for 6 months, she
was well peculiar with his choices for the brands…
“Thank you so much. So, what will you have?” he said.
“ One coffee for me please” she signaled the waiter who was
ready with his pen and paper.
“So, what are you having?” she questioned him.
“Kuch nahi re. I just had enough. My mates organized a party
for me and so wahi se khakar aaaya yaar” he replied again by pepping on his
cell phone.
“Wow that’s great. Anyways Prashit, I wanted to say something”
she was about to say something and his cellphone got vibrated again.
She waited for him, but he was busy. And after few more
seconds, she heard him saying “I know Madam, you were the only one who wished
me at 12. And by the way, we are meeting
soon. Good day Sweety!”…
When he said this, she decided not to say what she had for
him because somewhere the previous day, Rupali told her that he was actually
dating someone else. But her heart wasn’t ready to accept this. But, today when
she heard him saying, she decided not to say anything and let him go.
“Ahhh…so, yes, Divya what were you saying?” he asked her.
“Are na, nothing. Kuch bhi nahi” she smiled gracefully at
him, but only she knew what was exactly going in her heart. She was crying deep
inside and then decided to leave.
“Ahh Actually Prashit. I have to leave” and she excused
herself.
“Are but have a coffee. See, he is bringing it” he looking
at the waiter.
She was about to make an excuse again, but couldn’t and so,
she had a sip of coffee and decided to leave.
“I’ll leave Prashit. I need to pick Rupali” she said this
and left the café….
What she decided and what all took place…She cried, cried in
pain, cried because her heart was broken and she cried because her story instead
of having a start ended incompletely. Why did Prashit do this? Why was he
dating someone? Why?? The answers were not known to her and she was all
shattered….
Next part coming soon!

"AGAR TUM SAATH HO!!"
“Pal bhar thahar jaao, Dil ye sambhal jaaye
Kaise tumhe roka karun, Meri taraf aata har gham phisal
jaaye
Aankhon mein tum ko bharun, Bin bole baatein tumse karun
'Gar tum saath ho..Agar tum saath ho”
She kept playing this song again and again….But, what was
she upto? A break up, a break up in which she thought even he had a liking
towards him, a break up in which she thought even he was about to confess his
feelings, a break up in which she thought even he was feeling the same as she
was, a break up in which she thought even he wants to live with her in ‘their’
future, a break up in which she thought even they would make a cute pair and a
break up in which she thought he would go on his knees to make her his forever… And what he did? He only reacted as per his mood swings, he only behaved as he
wanted, and he only did what he wanted…But, what about her? She only wanted him
to hold her hand and rest she knew she would be always there for him. What was going there on his mind? Why was it
getting so difficult for her to describe him? Why is the feeling of love so
hard? Why? May be, she loved the stars so fondly that she forgot that those
stars are covered in nights. May be, she loved every part of his inferiors so
fondly that she forgot that she too had an inferior. And it was her only love
for him that gave her courage to confess him what she had about him. But,
knowing that he is dating someone, her world stopped right there, smiling beautifully
by clearing her tears and making her heart ‘stronger’ saying that ‘If he is
happy, so shall I’….May be it was an end of her ‘dreamed courtship’, but
somewhere, she ended the incomplete story forever.
You know
sometimes it’s not just your fate to live together, no matter how much you love
the person, no matter how much feelings you had for him/her and no matter how
much you have dreamt of him/her…there is surely a impressionist universe named ‘destiny’
which will play the way it wants to…Caste difference, family problems or
societal discrimination, no matter what you have to go through. But, there is a
simple word called ‘LOVE’ which no one can take away from you. And it’s
perfectly okay to love each other even
after knowing that you two cannot be united. It’s perfectly okay to love even
after knowing that the world would create boundaries. It’s perfectly okay to love
even after knowing that the person won’t love you back in the same way you
loved. It’s just perfectly okay to end up together even after knowing that you
won’t be together….
A story of Prashit and Divya coming soon from Monday only on
