Jab we met...

more beautiful like a perfect princess may be getting ready for someone more handsome than me. While she was cross-checking herself in the mirror, her eyes caught attention to mine and she turned back in anger, giving a twist to her lehenga and her earrings and then asked ‘Yes, who are you and what do you want?’

‘Shit! Oh ho no….I’mm mmm’ I answered in amazement noticing at her well organized blue eye-liner that created magic in me.

‘What I’mmmm? Huhhhh’ she mutted.

‘No no nothing. I was searching for my friend Akshay in room no 203’ I replied smiling innocently at her.
‘I guess you need to put two extra eyes to your lenses Mr. Its room no 202’ she replied in her very will –kill-you attitude. Yet I was enjoying starring at her because she was looking  more beautiful than the bride. I was still firm on my place watching her without even shifting my eyes from her.

‘Oh Mr. Don’t you want to leave?’ she asked me again.

‘Ohh! Sorry sorry. I’m going’ I replied with my not in the mood to leave the place attitude.
As I was taking my baby steps, it was my ‘202 friend Akshay’ who raised his voice calling me ‘ Shivam? What are you doing there?’

‘Arre I got confused and entered a wrong room’ I replied.

‘Huhh! Wrong room and you? Don’t tell me!’ Akshay announced adjusting his sherwani’s golden button.

‘Leave it man! Anyway who is she yaar?’ I asked in the mood of knowing her more.

‘Ohh hello! Don’t you put an eye on her! She is Mayank’s cousin ‘Disha Agrawal’’ replied Akshay putting an end to my excitement.

‘Okk ok! Well let us go downstairs our groom Mayank must be waiting for us’ I replied taking Akshay downstairs. Yet while Akshay got busy in making Mayank reading, I immediately logged into my Instagram account and started following Ms. Disha Agrawal and seeing her even today’s so happening selfies I died on capturing her beauty in my android.

Then the next minute, Mayank called us to tie those ‘Pagdis’ onto our heads, I saw her coming by holding the bottom of her lehenga very neatly and stepping towards her bhai for ‘nekk’. With a glimpse of those blue liner eyes, she noticed me and gave very surprising smile at me. Man she was killing!  I starred her back and yet again behaved in a very I’m not looking at you attitude. But somewhere around my heart, she was looking very vivacious  and  bubbly too. When we all very ready for ‘Mayank’s’  colorful baraat, she stood next to me and this time I could feel her height crossing mine with her three inches heels under her feet. Yes, she was busing in enjoying her Mayank bhai’s shaddi. As the band hit the roads, I saw her other cousins pulling her and making her dance to the highest beats. I knew somewhere even she wanted me to dance, but I disappeared to my other friends and even I started dancing. We both could see each other dancing and in this dancing, she stepped close to me. Now, our hands touched each other and even and I could bet that she was interested in me. I could now say that I had half fallen for her!

After Mayank and his bride exchanged those garlands, I was still thinking of how to make a move at her. But, I didn’t wanted to make any effort and it was her who stood near me and replied ‘Isn’t it amazing to see to see couples living their dreams together?’

‘Ahhaa…lovely it is!’ I replied pouring my attention towards her.

‘Well hi! I’m Disha’ she said dragging her attention at me.

‘Yes hi! I’m Shivam, Mayank’s friend’ I answered monotonously.

‘Well I’m extremely sorry for today’s look. I guess you are very innocent than what I actually thought about you’ she replied sharing that little shyness at me.

‘Well thank you for this Miss. Atlast someone got me correct. Well, I wanted to compliment you. May I?’ I took her permission in not so sure look.

‘Yes Mr. Please proceed’ she replied making me feel relief.

‘Well you know, when I opened the door of your room, I was not sure whether it was my friend Akshay inside. Yet I opened the door and saw you. You were looking very absolutely stunning when you were cross checking yourself for the final get up’ I replied smiling innocently at her.

‘Well thank you so very much! ’ she gave a royal answer to me with her smile.

With these things, the wedding ceremony was coming to an end and I stood counting the hours I had to leave her. But, before I could leave, I wanted her number yet couldn’t make that happen without her wish. Rather, this time I was nervous. But, someone really helped me and got a ping on my Instagram account. ‘Ms. Disha Agrawal’ is following you too.

‘Yippiee!’ I jumped in excitement and looked at her. She was busy in her guests, yet she was staring at me more beautifully. I smiled back at her and paid my adieu to my very beautiful fiancĂ© with whom I’m going to drag that beautiful wedding knot which made us introduced one day…..

‘10 years of life after Tsunami: ASIAN TSUNAMI 2004’

The morning of 26th December 2014.

A day of nightmares!

Something very normal and worth capturing: The nature’s attendance marked the day’s starting. But, something very unusual could be seen. May be there were extraordinary effects through which waves couldn’t be seen. It was almost like living the real thing, which could have been picturised only in the movies. Yes, me and Vikram started running with the group of people. I could see a block on the street and there was no way to escape from those coming waves. Observing a strong hotel, we decided to take shelter and we also called others too. But, no one heard us and they kept running on the streets and even few of them were engulfed into those natural tides that swallowed some 25 people together. This impossible day brought back many memories, which we had years ago: THE TSUNAMI DISASTER.

That cold rush of air, the fleeting of birds and the total inundation with water after the initial crashing wave passed through, everything had a memory, everything! We could see some parts of Goa weren’t quite the same. But, same was the screaming from people and those cries. The muddy water and the irony of those disasters was something impossibly long. I struggled to live, but my husband took me to the highest peak of that hotel’s building. But slowly, this hotel too was getting engulfed into the nature’s destruction. So, me and my husband started marching towards the hills. But as he was behind me, the huge mass of people screaming and running separated him from me and we both lost each other. Yes, I waited to catch him, but couldn’t. I tried searching for him, but couldn’t and finally I was forced to march towards a safer place. Had many worries, but my tensions were just little in front of those who lost their entire families. The very next day, when the weather was normal, I could see few bodies piled together, few stacks of coffins and those crying beloveds. But somewhere, I still had a hope of getting Vikram back. So, I decided to march ahead, but even here the surroundings had smells of decaying, rotting, bloated, water-logged flesh.

Those few hours meant as if I lived the randomness of people screaming and losing everything they had. Then on moving further, I saw two dead bodies near a wet piece of land and my mind couldn’t control to believe that the male dead body was wearing the same  yellow shirt which Vikram was wearing. I went to open the face of that dead body and everything that I earned as a newly married couple dried up with Tsunami. Now my breath and my heart had only one word’ I lost him, I lost him. Yes, it was Vikram who was thrown with his paranormal body only for me. I cried, but there was no one to see me crying. I could have screamed, but there was no one to see me screaming.  With no motion and no senses, I carried his dead body to the refugee camp. I thought that there could be any reason of his breath. But, I failed and the doctors declared him dead! I also wanted to be swallowed by this giant water. So, I rushed towards the waves, but unfortunately a soldier rescued me and I again became alive physically with Vikram’s child. I was pregnant! Tsunami : A disaster that swallowed people, gave me a new life to live. I kissed Vikram on his forehead and carried his body in the coffin with the help of a soldier. That pain, that horror and that chaos still live with me in my present years. But surely,  I would regret that, death cheated me and left me behind with Vikram’s child…

NOW 10 YEARS AFTER DESTRUCTION:

What will you remember of the one you love lost in Tsunami?  Many such stories and many lot lives….May be hundreds or thousands of people like us must have witnessed the Asian Tsunami 2004. The receding waters dragged so many lives together. Yes, some of them might have survived and others may have been swallowed in the seas. To stay alive even after 10 years of facing that Tsunami is exceptional. 2004’s Tsunami ate nearly 250,000 people and it left behind serious of impacted results on the people watching the things on the television screens. If we have been  moved a little watching it on the television screens, then what about those who have already faced it and lost one part of their life? May be some of them won’t love to discuss it or even recollect it. But what about them who have faced it. Yes, there are stories of hopes, stories of determination and stories of struggles. We surely won’t imagine how much interest the eye-witnesses would have paid to get back their lost ones, but with your help we would want to reflect the fact that lives can still be found in those dead islands and silent oceans. Yes, we are paying our tributes to those lost lives who have been living happily even after  the 10 years of the Indian ocean Tsunami.

PS: Our today’s post is not meant only to read or simply digest. But, to mark a tribute to those lost lives by lighting a candle at your places or seas or even near your surroundings and just pray for those lost little hearts. At whatever place you are, in whatever situation you are( in office, tuitions, home, friend’s place etc etc…) or wherever you are going just light a candle for 5 minutes @ 7 pm and pay tribute to those lost lives!

‘Pyar me hota hai kya jaadu, tu jaane ya mai jaanu..!!’

PaRt FrOm BoOk's CoNvErSaTiOn:

‘Pyar me hota hai kya jaadu, tu jaane ya mai jaanu..!!’

These words inhaled and hold the nights spark into Kabir’s lungs. The words of that song made him insane and he did nothing but starred silently at me. The night covered the streets with the blankets of fresh air, but we….we were still alive in those freezed blankets waiting to curl back those memories, which we had in the past. This song gave wings to express those inexpressible which I wanted. It gave me the flight of imagination that will make my world more beautiful with my Mr. Honcho. This moment had everything we both believed in. The song ended after five minutes and Mr. Honcho stopped the car aside. He was smiling at me and I was smiling back at him. We had those sweet melodies which made us breathe blissfully. Our skin to skin emotions created tenderness in our eyes and slowly, he caressed my hair with his fingers and kissed my forehead. I closed my eyes and could feel the sweetest pleasure warming my soul. His first touch was so gentle that intense my passions and I started blooming partially in my world with him. I opened my eyes and a smile crossed my lips in between those tears. This feeling was so real that my heart fleeted with the darkest shades of the coming summer nights...

‘Found HIV: +ve’ .... HIV test before you get tested !

Guys! A week since, the blog hasn't been updated. Well, was busy with the book’s work. So, here is the freshly extracted topic from my dictionary, which I think is normal, but for few it may seem abnormal. Well, today’s topic might have given you all a little hint, but I’ll still proceed with my words:

Conversation:  A little enough!

‘Jatin? We are married couple, we don’t need permission to sleep together’ Karishma smiled.
But, he knew that this future outcome of his will make him to lose her forever, and this was something he couldn't afford.

So, he walked few steps backwards and replied, ‘No’ with a stiffness in his voice.

‘What ?’ she baffled. ‘No, we cannot share the bed together’ he replied again.

‘But, what is the problem?’ she asked.

‘Nothing’ he replied in a remorse state.

‘Then why do you always run from me whenever I want to get close to you’ she asked. However, he didn’t answer and left the place. She was clueless and was haunted with many ‘WHY’S?’ together.

She got her answers when, one day she opened the door of a shelf and she saw some reports. ‘Medical reports of Jatin?’ she quoted in a puzzled manner opening the envelope. Her eyes stuck on the underlined statements that :
‘Found HIV: Positive’

Her life came crashing down and things changed in seconds. 23-year-old, Karishma married for 6 months lost her self control and this ruined her life. Then, what’s next? It is now; her parents realize the importance of getting the ‘HIV test’ before her marriage. Karishma is not only the case, many such girls are undergoing the same fear and same destruction. Earlier, people from many communities believed on matching the horoscopes of their children before getting married. However, nowadays, it shall be the trend for the couples to have HIV test done before getting married.
Well, talking about the HIV test, communities have been hesitant to talk about all those AIDS related issues spreading virally in this society. It is today when the girl’s family and the groom’s family should opt to take this test and mention the true status in their wedding biodata’s. This a crucial matter and discussing such open matters in the air will not only spread awareness but will also help a relationship to lasts longer. Yes, this subject has been a matter of considering the privacy of health issues. Nevertheless, don’t you think that it is worth to welcome such open discussions before planning the futures? It has been surveyed that many lives have been lost in India due to AIDS and it is their suffer children who have been admitted in the orphanages due to their parent’s ailment. HIV test should no longer be a private affair for the families searching for the soul mates for their children.
This test will help in seeking the future care and precautious to avoid the transmission of the infection to their partners. Not only this, the pre-marriage health checkup should be ensured to seek the medical compatibility test amongst the intending couples. Now if in a case, the concerned person has been tested positive, then he’ll be diagnosed without any difficulty. It is not a subject of fear, but a subject of concern. Our pre-wedding step will definitely help in saving lives and it will also reduce new infections from spreading. This test does not discriminate a person of the basis of caste, creed or gender. Rather, this wise thing is of interest to both a groom and a bride. Yes, there are many Indian mentalities that resist taking the HIV test, but this shows that there is something wrong with their own trust. Although, this test is made mandatory, but it is upto the families whether they want to test their trust or the reports.

Today, the ‘National Prevention plan’ on HIV has been released by the government. In some countries, many religious rights have been mandatory in churches and mosques that unless and until the couple does not take the HIV test, they won’t conduct the marriage proceedings. There are many NGOs and social welfare communities working on serving the awareness campaigns to take this test for even the orphans. Yes, considerable controversies may exist when you decide to take this test. But, just consider that there is a need for an hour awareness about your futures. So, think that the next time you fill your wedding biodata’s just see to it that you go for a HIV test. If you find partners ready  to take this test then it’s your pin of interest and if not, then this shows that both fear and concerns will distort you!

A part of conversation from the book 'Way to fall in love and dreams'

A part of conversation from the book 'Way to fall in love and dreams'

In the car, Aniket adjusted the front mirror on me. I made a cat like reaction to him. I know something was cooking! Rather two master chefs were cooking. Huhh! That man to man talks, between him and that him…!  Mr. Honcho was next to the front seat of our driver, Aniket.  Someone was gazing me around the corner of the mirror. My mind gave very impolite reactions on seeing him. He looked so charming and handsome, that the look of his experience suited him, and especially that deep quality of masculine confidence was killing me slowly. Eventually, everyone in the car discussed only about the farewell partners. Nishant and Tejal paired together. Krishi and Anuja were paired and Aniket was paired up with his girlfriend Kritika. So, we two could only be paired together now. The feeling of being with him made my muscles goes almost electric.

A quote from the book 'Way to fall in love & dreams'

From Kabir to Aiyesha:
"Some relations don't demand adjustments, they need only precise moments to share; whether good or bad and they are always special for us. In the same way you are to me"..... <3 <3 <3

’Meri duniya hai tuzhme kahee’…..2

She sat over the rocks gaping at the skies of this coming new day. She felt that someone will remove her from that black pit which she has been facing since years. She was none other than ‘Neha’ who was working in the brothel just to fulfill her household requirements. Her family was starving, her younger brother was suffering from cancer and someone killed her parents while she was young. She had no other choice then to force herself in this profession because being a 17 year old girl, she was not given any kind of work to do. So, all she could do was get attacked by many 8 different men in a single night. Her life was like signing a contract to be raped every day. But today, Neha was happy all because she was going to meet Anshul who was following her in the bus. She was happy that someone will surely understand why was she forced to do this. She was trying to understand that even after he comes to know of her worst past, he would surely accept her in the way she is so that, she won’t be forced to disaster herself in that same area. It was her regular visit to the bus exactly at 10. She was standing at the bus stop and she boarded the bus all with many precious dreams to tell Anshul that even she loves him. But after she boarded the bus, she was shocked to find that Anshul was missing from the bus. Somewhere, this created mountains of questions as what must have been the reason for his absenteeism. Still, she waited for the next day. Again she found Anshul missing from the bus. This got repeated till one month.
Now after few days, she saw him on that same ‘chai-ki-tapri’ which was near the bus stop. She wanted to ask the reason of his absenteeism in the bus and so she waited in that same queue. Now, Anshul was drinking his tea and soon after he swallowed his last sip, he found Neha approaching towards him. He quietly kept his tea glass and decided to move. As Neha stood infront of him, he had nothing to say and leave her the way she is living her life. He without even gazing at her, decided to leave her and continue to live as he was living before he met her. While Neha  on observing that silence in his eyes, got to know that the problem is in her and it was only she who played hard with lot of expectations and the weirdest idea that anyone from this society will ever at least try to love her once. This broke her completely and with a heavy sigh of pain, she got back to her own world ’brothel’...Neha from that very day never saw Anshul neither he decided to pull her out from that danger zone which she had been suffering so long.
The reason why Anshul left her was that ‘Neha’ was different quite different and may be that forced him to take this decision to leave her. Then, he also had a society which was so attached to him. Well, in that case how could have he introduced her in the world he need to have survived.  May be, Anshul was right. But, what about Neha? Wasn’t he responsible to break her heart? Wasn’t he responsible to provoke the level of expectations in her? Why couldn’t he think of talking to her? May be, somewhere someday, we all have been in Anshul’s place. But, very few of us have been to Neha’s place because she was something different, rather everything about her was different. She was a prostitute, but all before that she was that simple girl who made Anshul’s heart beat faster.
Yeah, she has now lost the existence of her smile, but somewhere Anshul could have managed to bring that lost smile back. Yeah, she is not accepted by the society, but somewhere Anshul could have tried introducing her to this society. Yeah, she was a prostitute, but somewhere Anshul could have managed to get her some other profession. I won’t blame Anshul for this, but I will blame many such people like ‘Anshul’ who after knowing the true identity of a girl leaves her just because she is different, rather very different. But, what about ‘Neha’ who once thought of adorning herself into the shoes of a girl who had only ‘LOVE’ and exhilaration with no more men in a night……It was wrong for Neha to say ’Meri duniya hai tuzhme kahee’…..

What are you people upto?

Wanted to read a book written by me? So, here is the short description about my book:

"WAY TO FALL IN LOVE AND DREAMS"

Applauded with love and ended with dreams….!!
Time changes with the growing world and so do people. But, Kabir is a perfect blend of solitary attitude who made Aiyesha to experience his love and the joy of dreaming even the impossible. Aiyesha is a common girl, who resides inside every girl, was only molded in the way her family wanted. But, a layer of cold breeze appealed her senses and this common girl turned out to an unexpected Lady who stole each and every heart. Kabir who saw a different world in his life, asked for nothing but always her. Life took unexpected turns, but he still continued to open his heart and wait for her till the end. Aniket, I would call him that friend who always brought the best in his two puppets. Spruha, she has absurd ways of making you mad and please don’t expect more than she can give. Life and dreams can never be perfect together, but if they can make you laugh, they will also make you think what has left behind. Find out more how DREAMS and LOVE gives Aiyesha and Kabir those perfect wings to FLY….

‘Meri duniyaa hai tuzhme kahe…!’

‘Wake up Anshul. It’s 8:30, office nahi jaana kya aaj’ asked mom waking Anshul up. ‘Yes mom. Just 2 more minutes and I’ll be done’ he replied. Taking his ‘bike’ he left for the office. Some 2 kms apart from his office, his bike had a slow down and unfortunately he had to carry his bike with him. He saw a mechanic near the bus stop and he gave his bike to repair. ‘Bhaiyya please jara jaldi kijiye. I’m getting late for the office’ he muttered to the mechanic. ‘Engine ka problem hai. Thoda time lagega. Tab tak agar kuch kaam hoga aap who karlijie’ the mechanic answered.  Anshul saw a nearby ‘chai ki tapri’ and he stood drinking the cutting. Just while he was taking a sip of his cutting, his eyes feel on very  natural looking beautiful girl who was checking  her  watch for the timings. Anshul could feel a pull of gravity that every guy has for a beautiful girl. He was looking at her pink lips that moved with a smile with her cute danglings moving side by side as her head moved. She was dressed in a simple salwar-kameez which looked elegant on her. He was rather lost in observing her perfect features. She was simply so beautiful that he couldn’t move his eyes from her. Looking at her continously, he could observe his heart thumping in silence.
‘Oh bhaiyyaji! Aapki bike hogayee’ called the mechanic and Anshul had to leave a glance for a second. ‘Seriously? Itne jaldi?  Abhi toh diee thi? Meri chaii bhi khatam nahi huee’ he replied. ‘Bhaiyya shayad aapko office jaana tha’ the mechanic answered and gave him the keys. Giving him the amount of his work, Anshul rolled his eyes to check that girl again. But, she was missing. ‘Bus chalii gayee and ladki bhi! ’ the mechanic responded and he started laughing. He had no way then to take his bike and run for the office. Anshul after going to the office, was restless. He was restless because he wanted to meet that  same girl again. So, from the next day, he decided to travel by the same city bus which the girl boarded. ‘Fingers crossed. Please send that girl again in the same bus…Please bhagwan please please…’ he prayed and he boarded that same city bus.  Two stops later, the same girl that he wished for boarded the bus again. Again he started staring at her and her magical spell took him to the heaven. The girl initially had no guts to look at him. But, days after when she noticed him as a permanent passenger of the bus, even she started observing him coz of his good appearance and his charm.
She used to catch the bus after the two stops he used to board and would leave the bus  before he used to leave. Anshul had no idea what she was doing or what was her profession. Yet he enjoyed looking at her and following her in the same manner. This became his daily routine and the time table continued. Resting comfortably at the bus seat, he would enjoy his journey with the girl, but didn’t have the guts to say something. One day, the girl gave him a pleasant smile and this attacked his heart. This same thing continued for fifteen days and now nearly both the hearts starting meeting and unspoken words flowed freely in the bus. ‘Baat toh bann hi gayee thi’. So, Anshul decided to confess his feelings this time. Then one day, he stepped out of the bus to that same route where the girl used to leave the bus. The girl had no hint that he was following her. So, she continued to proceed about half a kilometer by walking with her handbag and her simplicity. Anshul was still following this girl and as she entered a place, he was stunned to see the crowded mob,  the dodged area with red blemishes and the nightmares of the road. He was amazed to see how men were bargaining girls and girls; they were standing ready in all those attires and red-lipsticks. He saw the long queues where girls were waiting for their chances to come. This was a ‘brothel’. It had many bedchambers to obscure and conceal the waiting guests. Infact,  girls were rented for few hours and also for few days. He had no idea, where this girl brought him, but one thing was very sure that she had a dark secret running inside her blood.
‘But, where did she go? I mean in the brothel? How can that be?’ and all sorts of questions started sheltering his mind. He waited for few more minutes but the girl didn’t return back and so Anshul decided to go back to his place. He was so shocked that he didn’t sleep that whole night and was just lost in that land which was different from his very own land.  Still, everything about her was fascinating him like her natural beauty and her simplicity. But, what about that road she took? Was that really dozing him or was he still in search of getting the truth behind this?  Coming up, the next part! Stay tuned  and till then keep reading…

“EASY DEATH FOR 50 RS..!!”

13 August 2013:

‘I smoked heroin for a long, just long time, but I’m now habituated to inject this since two years coz it’s so cheap and fits my pocket’ -  Damodhar, 11 years.  A boy whose clothes appeared as if he was living by roadside and his eyes, it had only nausea and nausea. Few days later, he was found dead as his body had only beaten marks because he begged for money just to get himself injected with only drugs….

Few more from the lists:
  • ‘Consuming Baygon for one year shattered my life. But, today I really cannot give it up because I’m addicted to it’- Mangesh, garbage-collector, 19 years.
  • ‘I was initially not habituated to eat Vicks, but now since I’m doing my medicals, I need it frequently’- Prabhat, a medical student, 23 years.
  • ‘I take 8 bottles of cough syrup daily’- Sudarshan, employee, 38 years.
  • ‘To study hard, I have been consistent with the smoke usage practices that boosts my immune and keep me warm’-  Akshay, an engineering student, 24 years.
  • ‘My regular tapri packed ‘Kharaa’ makes me busy in controlling the traffic’- Tiwari, a traffic police, 36 years.
  • ‘I can’t live without discoursing the needle in my nerve picked from the filth with synthetic sedatives’-Pargat Singh, farmer, 40 years.
Now, what do you think, I must have presented this statistics? Well, these days death is as easy by spending just 50 Rupees. Yes! We are free to die with the growing use of narcotics and psychotropic prescribed drugs. Purchasing these drugs is as easy as buying cough syrup in the supermarket. Well, the medicines which cannot be given without prescription is sold at so cheap price that even a poor can afford it. What if I say that anti-depression tablets are also the attractive substitutes for illicit energy? Well energy and vitality have set many wrong examples to turn the lives of  many such 11 years old 'Damodhars'. People like: Pargat Singh in villages have been engaged in injecting themselves with the cocktails of synthetic drugs. Opium which is grown in villages has been a staple food of all 19 years old school-going boys. What can one say to this? No class, no society and no standard; rather people from every class and society have been sliding under the radar of prescribed drug usages….

What about their families and communities? Is life so easily given only at the rate of Rs 50? Well, people who are frustrated and tired with their lives have been sarcastically getting trapped in this dirty alley. Talking about the pharmaceutical drugs they are cleaner, more reliable and more easily available. Chemists sell the set of three drugs along with two syringes and needles for only 50 Rs. Well almost all the experts agree on the magnitude of the problem, but finding an alternative for this problem is bit challenging. We like experimenting and therefore experimenting with the prescribed drugs will have more fun, lose weight, fit-in, and also to study. Some people may think that prescribed drugs are safer and less addictive then street drugs just because mom, dad or sisters have already used it. But, they are only safe to the individuals who have prescriptions made for them. Talking about liquors, so 110 pounds of heroin and hundred bottles of bootleg liquor was seized in a village of India. Every day is a tough fight rather. Let’s talk about engineers and Doctors, they eat drugs in the forms of ‘Vicks’ and  ‘Iodex’. What can one say? If we are talking about bright futures, we must not forget that these elements have been an essential element in increasing scores on the marksheets.
Statistics reveal that there has been 9.4% increase in the death rates for the past year 2013. Just consider what survey will this current 2014 year bring? It’s worth telling that people have been addicted with the high usage of injecting practices and shared contaminated syringes. This has helped in the increase of infections like: HIV and hepatitis C, bscesses, tissue necrosis, gangrene, decreased respiratory function, coma, heart failure or seizures and nerve paralysis and sometimes even death. Even abruptly stopping them or even reducing them can cause serious risk of health problems. People who have been addicted to take several high doses are facing even worst conditions. Well, this situation can be seen when you see advertisements and trailers of those drugs on television screens. Is this the end line or should I say the lifeline? Anything it can be, but this drug trafficking is increasing at an accelerated pace. The consequences are irresistible and we are shameless to see how people are struggling to live.

Rehabs and drug treatment sectors have been helping people to deal with all the existing problems of drug abuse. Even Doctors have been helping all those victims to solve their unquenchable abuses. Adding to this, there is also an urge to establish the codes of conducts and end all those unethical practices that have been encountering criminal offence by selling drugs at the rate of 50 Rs. It’s our life; a better today will decide a better tomorrow! So, there is really a need to stop this excessive activity and always remember that this problem can be very effectively tackled as well.

“This was not an end of 11 years old Damodhar.I would surely plead those people who have been trapped in the dark circle of poverty, addiction, violence and lost dreams not to opt for these attempts because like his life took wrong turn, then we’ll surely have few more to be added on  in our coming tomorrows”….!!

Pyaar vali arrange story..!!

It was on 17th Oct 2014, the very first day he met her. Actually, he was lost in his ex’s thoughts. May be he was special and he needed someone very special. ’Beta come let’s go’ his father said. He paused for a second and replied, ‘Yes dad! Coming’. He answered monotonically to his dad. ‘Tanay just cheer up. We are going to see a girl for you. We’ll proceed only when you’ll be comfortable’ said his mom adjusting his collar. But still, time was flowing very heavily for him. His expressions had that grief of his past which was buried alive. Yet to satisfy his parents, he destroyed his expressions and decided to opt for an arrange marriage. ‘Mrs. Patel welcome’ said the girl’s mother welcoming Tanay and his family. Tanay with an abrupt smile, moved inside the pavilion.
‘And what do you do beta?’ asked the girl’s father. ‘Uncle, I’m working for a web developing company’ he replied. And the conversations continued ahead. So, families met and those talks exchanged. Seconds later, the girl stepped down from the staircase. Dressed in a red brocade saree and elegant red ear drops, she headed downstairs. A very mischievous yet very calm smile made her isolated. Tanay who was looking down  immediately  saw her reflection on the glass table and  all he could do was just stare at her. This was that moment, when he actually glanced at her and realized that somehow the rest of the world got vanished when she stepped towards him. But, when she glanced at him, her curled hair created distraction and she was trying to adjust her hair at the back of her ear. But, Tanay was still glancing at her and there was no going back from her and his gut feeling that she was someone special whom he was searching made him to conquer the world. Then after this, she stepped towards her family and she blushed in innocence and looked patiently at him. ‘This is our daughter, Aakruti’ her father spoke. I must say, ’Your daughter is your reflection Mrs. Shah’ said Mrs. Patel to Mrs. Shah. Tanay now could feel his heart bouncing…he could very easily hear his heart beating rapidly. But, he had no option then to stare her shiny black eyes. There was surely something that was making him mesmerize, rather more than that his not so natural smile changed to that natural smile perceiving a sense of his own worth. But, suddenly his thoughts all disappeared when his heart rushed to his ex.
He immediately shifted his gaze towards her father and replied, ’Uncle if you don’t mind can I have a talk with Aakruti alone’ he asked in nervousness. Her father gave him the permission to be alone with a stranger who may be or may not be tied together through their own destinies. Then both of them  walked together near the balcony. ‘So Aakruti…how are you?’ he asked in nervousness. ‘All fine Tanay’ she said glazing at him. He more strongly started feeling for her, but he resisted to look at her this time. ‘So, how did you get ready for this arrange marriage?’ he asked. ‘Because I wanted to go with my parent’s decision. And what about you?’ she answered taking a pause.’ Ohh that’s a very big story Aakruti! But, I’m here because of my false ‘ex’  relationship‘ he said taking a moment off. She looked at him with an attempt to expect an answer, but he paused for few minutes. He then cleared his throat and said,’ Ahem ahem.... I know that I need to move on, but I was in a false relationship. The girl whom I dated for 2 years in US, actually dated another guy. I knew that she was cheating me, still I extended my hand waiting for her, but somewhere she didn’t wanted to return and I was left all alone’ saying this his eyes got moist. She noticed this and handled him the glass of water.

‘I’m sorry I don’t know why I wanted to share this with you, but there was something that reflected you and your purity in my heart’ he said now gazing confidently at her. She smiled cheerfully and fell for his sincerity. ‘Come let’s go!’ she said looking at him. ’But, what about your decision Aakruti?’ he asked. ‘Tanay, I got impressed with you and your sincerity and it’s just enough for me to know that how difficult you’ve been through your past relationship. Yes, I have not been through any relationship, but I came to know about that love and break- up startegies through your world’ she said blinking softly at him. ‘Means you don’t have any issues with my past Aakruti?’ he questioned. ‘I came to know about your love and your feelings. They are far important for me to live with you very cheerfully. Any girl would be lucky  to live with you forever’ she said blushing at his gaze. His world started glowing in amorous happiness. Everything, rather everything froze for a second and this tiny span of knowing her created fluctuations in his heart. ‘So, don’t you have any problem with my past?’ he questioned. ‘Still, you didn’t get the answer Tanay? ‘She asked smiling with shyness and confidence.  Tanay had many feelings now….and his heart was now carved with the name ‘Aakruti’. He was now very vivaciously looking at her because now he was sure that she was his someone special whom his parents wanted to meet. Her little nose was shining in vivid dreams and her lips; they draw his attention very gracefully. And now there were only lyrics that could impart the sweetest start of this relationship…And then, this new ‘PYAAR VALI ARRANGED STORY’  ended with a wedding knot tied by destiny…

Becoz this is every girl's STORY..!! 2

After her uncle left, she sat near the window and passed the look away. Her uncle and her mum left her all alone in the room. She sat and started crying, until all her tears dried up and dozed off.

NIKITA’S PRO:
Did I forget to introduce myself? I’m Nikita Gupta…a lecturer in engineering college….I have everything, everything that includes a perfect life…I always wanted to cherish my living with that most independent sense. Yeahhh…I’m at my 24 and I really don’t feel like any girl shouldn’t be denied the right with the way she should. But, in my case, Naaah…the line that ‘I want to search for a perfect soul mate’ doesn’t exist…And the reason is because I have been living with a family where my parents  will decide whom to get married. I kept wondering what should I do…? Rather pack my bags and run away from this place or agree to what they’ll say…I had no option…So, I decided to give it a thought…That whole night, I kept dealing with my weird thoughts that were flooding my mind. I desperately wanted to live life on my own terms and conditions, but had left with no choices.
The very next day, I decided to search those two guys on facebook. But, there was no such feeling known as first sight ‘love’. Then I decided to talk to my dad. But, even his opinion was worthless because ‘Daughters can’t be kept home till 27! ’ I had no choice then to meet one of them whom I short-listed. Hailing from a very conservative family, I had to get ready in traditional attire…But, this attire was covering my own sentiments that I had for myself. I wanted to follow my heart, but somewhere I also thought about my parents…I was meeting the guy only for my parents and not for me. You know, somewhere in our lives we all surely dream of living happy and independent, but there comes a time when we have to crush all those dreams and follow what takes us…Even I was also a part of this drama now…Meeting a guy 4 years elder to me, with no mutual connection rather no mutual communication too. Just a facebook dp is not always enough to understand what sort of a guy we are meeting or would be spending those rest 45 years together…Rather just a perfect connection and things all done. But, in my case I wanted to live life independently.
Seeing my career and my personal space, I decided to reject that ‘man’.’How’s the guy beta?’ mum asked. ‘Elder to me; compatibility issues and more than this, he is the one who believes in just show off and nothing more’ I quoted.’ How can you just say this?’ spoke dad. ‘Did you take the urge to ask me about my choice dad? Exactly what kind of boy I want? And most importantly do I want to get married or not?’ I asked. ‘Every girl has to marry. What are you going to do living single?’ mum baffled at me. ‘See mum when I had given you a chance to fight for my right, you simply ignored. Rather you didn’t understand and what is the use of communicating with you. It’s my last and final decision that I don’t want to marry, as in for now’ I said. ‘Just stop it here. Do you think that we are your enemies Nikita?’ said dad angrily. ‘Of course not! But, even I’m not your enemy dad…rather I’m your only daughter who is asking her own space and her own privacy of rejecting someone I really don’t know’ I argued peacefully. ‘See how your daughter is behaving with me. If she goes to some other place, will she argue with them in the same manner’ shouted dad looking at mum.’ Leave it! I know you are not going to understand me. Let’s end this and I’m leaving this place’ I said with that heavy pain. ‘Do as you want’ dad replied….I without going into further discussions decided to leave everything on my destiny….Seeing me physically alive but mentally dead, they decided to communicate with me.
Seeing me sitting alone silently in my room, dad asked, ‘ How have you been these days baccha?’ ’Why dad?’ I asked.  ‘No beta. I know you’ve suffered alot I know. I know somewhere I have been working as per this society’s norm. But, I really didn’t wanted to take away your that right which you dreamt. My daughter wanted to say something and I didn’t give her a chance to say anything. Neither I respected your decision nor did I appreciate your ‘rejection’.  I’m really very sorry beta. Just take your space and your own time which you wanted. We won’t force you for anything Nitika’ said dad smiling at me. ‘Thank you dad. Thank you for respecting my decisions’ I said.

This was not an end rather just a perfect beginning of her profession. If every father takes an urge to hear those unspoken words of a daughter, I’m sure every king will understand his princess and will surely search for a perfect prince charming of her choice.. !!!
