It is highly embarassing, to attract tourism by such hopeless formula. As a fact, in all ages and so called civilized society, the women is always looked upon as an object of pleasure. The women must take care that they maintain their own dignity irrespective of what men do or allowed to wear or not, because men are shameless. And the chastity of women lies in keeping her body secrets with herself and be not attracted to show their beauty as a public display in first place. However, if women are scantily dressed then the males must not look disrespect them in any way. And charges like above is big s***!
